To expand our nursing team in the canton of Solothurn, we are looking for a conscientious and empathetic nursing assistant 20-100% for the Breitenbach SO region starting on 1.1.2026.

Tasks

Caring for, supporting, and accompanying clients
Supporting and advising family members
Adhering to nursing guidelines and quality standards
Completing necessary documentation tasks

Requirements

Educational background as a nursing assistant SRK or equivalent recognition
Experience in basic care activities, ideally in home care
Good oral and written German skills at B2 level are required
Cheerful, positive, and independent personality
Own car advantageous
