The private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company that offers private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as places specialized professionals from the nursing and healthcare sector in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

To expand our nursing team in the canton of Solothurn, we are looking for a warm-hearted FaGe EFZ 20-100% for the Region Breitenbach SO starting on 1.1.2026.

Tasks

Caring for, supporting, and accompanying clients
Supporting and advising family members
Adhering to nursing guidelines and quality standards
Completing necessary documentation tasks

Requirements

Educational background as a certified nursing assistant (FaGe EFZ) or equivalent recognition
Experience in basic nursing care, ideally in home care (Spitex)
Good verbal and written German skills at B2 level are required
Cheerful, outgoing, and independent personality
Own car advantageous
